The Cajun Holiday Motel is located on Grand Isle, Louisiana's only inhabited barrier island.  Situated on the northwestern tip of the Gulf of Mexico, the Cajun Holiday Motel offers easy access to an incredible variety of coastal and inshore fish such as blue marlin, tarpon, and tuna.  

Special Service                                                                                                                           Our staff is always willing to assist you during your stay.  Once you are settled in, try out the large outdoor swimming pool or just soak in the sunrays by the pool deck.  A short walk will bring you to the Gulf of Mexico beaches where you can swim, fish or simply relax.

Activities                                                                                                                                      The Cajun Holiday Motel offers great surf fishing or you may want to charter a boat if you do not have your own.  Regardless, the fishing is among the best you'll find in the Gulf of Mexico or Caminada Bay.  After a great day of fishing, clean your catch at our Fish Cleaning Station.  Our professionally maintained station features generous counters, deep well sinks, running water and waste disposal. 

We also offer barbeque pits located in a screened cabana by the pool.   For your convenience, a centrally located laundry room is also available.

Accomodations                                                                                                                              A wide selection of rooms is offered making it easy to find something that suits your needs.   All units feature central heating and air-conditioning.  Choose from single, double or queen size arrangements.  Each studio and one bedroom unit sleeps one to two guests and features color TV and a full bath.  Our two bedroom units have fully equipped kitchens and can sleep up to 6 or 12 guests depending on the floor plan.   For your convenience, pay phones are located on the motel grounds.
